Small Business Marketing Identify You As Serious

Are you serious when it comes to your small business marketing? I ask this question because I haven't been myself.

A number of years ago I sold promotional products for Newman Manufacturing. I retained a card that says,"If you believe in your business and want to build it.....advertise!

Yes, advertising is a part of small business marketing. However, your marketing plan cannot be put together until you have some realistic sales goals.

Although I took a marketing course in college I can't recall any of the information. I'm quite sure it dealt with theory.

There are hundreds of marketing books. But one I really enjoy and appreciate explains how to use guerilla marketing. This marketing concept shows how to improve your small business using a well planned marketing mix.
